Relieves symptoms of seasonal allergies caused by insect and midge (fly) bites: lice, black flies.
CAUSES
Excessive biting, chewing and scratching behaviors, underperforming immune systems, allergies, injuries (skin wound, scrape, etc.), insect bites or external parasites.
SYMPTOMS
Formation of open sores, skin that is itchy, swollen, pink-to-red, warm-to-hot, moist-to-wet, irritated-to-bloody, and possibly seeping pus. Scales and crusts. Hair loss and loss of sheen.
FUNCTION
Soothes and rebuilds the epidermal layer. Relieves skin conditions. Mitigates pain associated with the irritated area. Reduces itching, redness, and swelling. Discourages chewing, biting and gnawing in the affected region.
ADDITIONAL BENEFITS
Natural Colloidal Oatmeal and Aloe Vera soothe and moisturize. Lactic Acid, an alpha-hydroxy acid, naturally exfoliates, buffers and conditions skin. Natural Wheat Germ Oil provides beneficial essential fatty acids, protein, and a host of vitamins to benefit the hair and skin including: Vitamins A, E, D, B1, B2, B3 and B6. Provides moisturizing benefits and is an ideal treatment for dry, damaged hair and dry, flaky skin. Provides renewed shine and bounce.
DIRECTIONS
Saturate coat thoroughly with water. Apply shampoo and work into a thick lather, massaging well into the coat to saturate skin. Allow to remain on the horse for 5-10 minutes. Rinse well. Use twice weekly until irritation subsides. For topical use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation develops, discontinue use and consult your veterinarian. For best results, use in conjunction with EQUINE DERMATITIS & SWEET ITCH RELIEF MEDICATED SPRAY.
